Meet Leo
Leo Sandoval had a vision to bring together various faith-filled and recovery-minded business leaders in the Twin Cities for a group of networking, shared learning, accountability, and connection. He is the founder of the Fuel to Fly Networking Group and its lead facilitator.

Integrity
A person with integrity is someone who is honest, fair, and trustworthy. They are someone who can be counted on to keep their word, even when it is inconvenient. They are someone who is willing to do the right thing, even when it is unpopular. And they are someone who is true to themselves, even when it is difficult.
Transparency
Transparency is not always easy. It can be difficult to be honest, especially when we are afraid of the consequences. But it is worth it. When we are transparent, we create a more just and equitable world. We build trust, we foster cooperation, and we create a foundation for lasting peace.
Leadership
A good leader is someone who is clear about their vision, but also flexible enough to adapt to change. They are someone who is able to build trust and rapport with others. And they are someone who is willing to take risks and make tough decisions.
Do the next right thing
Doing the next right thing is not always easy. It can be tempting to take the easy way out or to put off doing what we know is right. But when we do the next right thing, even when it is difficult, we are making a difference in the world. We are showing others that it is possible to live a life of integrity and compassion. And we are setting an example for others to follow.
